Shipping policy
Order delivery information :
- Shipping costs are detailed in the shopping cart every time you place your order. For this you must be registered and indicate the shipping address.
- Orders confirmed before 19:00 hours (CET) are shipped within 24-48 working hours. The order will be shipped depending on the selected mode of transport.
- Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We recommend that you consolidate your purchases into one order to reduce shipping costs. We cannot group different orders so each order involves individual shipping costs. Packages are carefully packed to avoid damage and loss during transport.
- Pick up in store in Barcelona (you must place the order at least 2 hours in advance, orders are not delivered on the spot).
- Peninsula shipping - cost of 7,95€+VAT for orders up to 250€, from that amount the shipping costs are included only in consumables (NACEX carrier).
- Shipping Balearic Islands (Except Formentera) - cost of 7,95€+VAT. for orders up to 250€, from that amount the shipping costs are included only in consumables (Carrier SENDA)
- Portes Formentera - cost of 20€+VAT. The shipping price could be adjusted according to the volume and weight of your order (SENDA Carrier).
- Shipping Gibraltar - cost of 87,50€ . The shipping price could be adjusted according to volume and weight of your order (SENDA Carrier).
- Shipping Ceuta/Melilla - cost of 72,50€. Shipping price could be adjusted according to volume and weight of your order (SENDA Carrier).
- Canary Islands Air Freight - cost 35,50€. Shipping price could be adjusted according to volume and weight of your order (SENDA Carrier).
- Canary Islands sea freight - cost of 26,50€. The shipping price could be adjusted according to the volume and weight of your order (SENDA carrier).
- The cash on delivery method of payment has a handling fee charged by the carrier that will be added to the total of your invoice.
For orders up to 250€ handling fee is 4€ + VAT.
For orders over 250€ up to a maximum of 350€ handling fee is 8€ + VAT.
- Prices for Spain and Portugal will apply the corresponding international taxes.
