Returns Information
- Material expressly ordered from origin (OE) will not be credited, as will "original" items.
- The rest of the material, maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt to request payment.
- To request a subscription you must fill out a form that you will find on the main page or link and a technician will contact you within a period of no more than 72 hours.
Note: When you send the package it is important that you indicate "ATTENTION OF TECHNICAL SERVICE"
